Executive Summary On November 2 and 3, supermarket chains in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland and Estonia reported overnight disruption to store refrigeration systems. The incidents came three weeks after attacks on refrigeration systems at hundreds of French supermarkets.
